有这样几个青年。。。

昨天晚上，和前两个周末一样，正点进入儿子和他的朋友的体育评论的广播网站。原以为马上可以听到儿子略带沙哑的声音。没想到该网站一片寂静，什么声音都没有：既没有广播，也没有广播前的音乐。担心自己电脑的音响出了问题，我连忙试了一下别的带音响的网站，一切正常。说明是儿子他们的广播出了问题。

查了一下，儿子不在孤狗Talk上；就给他发了一封短信，问为什么听不到他们的广播。大概半个小时后，儿子回信，说今晚因为广播电台故障，你可能听不到了。我有点失望，尽管不知道到底出了什么事，至少是希望他们不是三分钟的热情，玩了两次就散了。

今天忙了一天的工作。等晚上回到家，还是难以忘怀，就给儿子打电话，问他昨晚怎么没有广播。儿子说，电台出故障了，同时也不能连网播音，所以听不到即时节目。但今天下午，他们已经将昨晚的播音，放到他们的网站上，和以前的几期合在一起了。儿子说，你还是可以听到的。同时，也可看到我写的报道。

读了儿子的报道，才知道昨晚的事情：广播电台出了故障，他们的广播不得不停。但为了让他们的“loyal listeners”满意，也为了那位从多伦多“特约”来的Soccer Aficionado不枉此行，他们连夜用自己的手提电脑，录下了应该播放的节目。今天按时放到了网上；儿子还专门写文表达了对听众的歉意。

下面是儿子的报道：

Dear loyal listeners,

Last night, Sunday September 26th, we showed up to the studio at 10:10pm in anticipation of our show. Our friends from Non-Toxic Airwaves let us in, and also informed us that the station had been having some trouble. Apparently, the online stream at Sound FM was out of commission. Furthermore, on your radio dial, CKMS 100.3 FM also wasn\'t working. Nor was the third method of listening to us in K-W, turning your television to Rogers channel 946. As none of these methods were operational, we decided to make the best of what we had. We quickly decided to continue with the show – however, we were going to distribute this one as a podcast. So, using Tom\'s laptop, we recorded the show, and it will available on our website tonight.

The recording process was unique and an interesting experience. It\'s a fair bit different from not being live on the air and talking into a microphone. Nonetheless, we had a great time in studio, like we always do, and our Soccer Aficionado Eric Arajs came down from Toronto to be on-air with us. Thus, the show had to go on! After an hour or so of soccer talk, we switched gears and covered the world of sports. Then near the end of the second hour, the laptop ran out of juice, so we quickly wrapped up the show, but not before announcing the winner of the two Toronto Maple Leaf tickets graciously provided by our new sponsor, Morty\'s Pub. After putting the names of all of our Facebook and Twitter followers into a hat, the lucky winner is… Michael Marcoccia! Congratulations Mike, hope you enjoy tonight\'s game.

All in all, a new twist to hosting the radio show, but we\'ll be back better than ever next Sunday.
