Frankly I have never been a big fan of local wine and art festivals. In my mind, those events are simply cheesy. So, when Tim enthusiastically suggested us going to the Los Altos Wine and Art Festival, I reluctantly said yes while thinking “Oh, my God, this is something one just got to suffer through since your loved one wants to do it.”
So, I asked Crystal and Cashin to join us, secretly hoping if the event was boring, at least, Crystal and I could goof around and do our usual gossiping.
The events turns out to be very interesting, packed with many interesting attractions, featured arts and crafts items for sale, including photos, paintings, and assorted handicrafts.
All the interesting displays from the street vendors, the smoke from the BBQ stand, the freshly made lemonade, the rock-n-roll played by a bunch of young people dressed in trendy and a bit weird stuff, the bright sunshine with a warm breeze, in addition to the charm of Los Altos downtown, make the event perfect to stroll, browse, relax on a Sunday afternoon.
