夏日炎炎,上两道简单易做的消暑日本冷面.希望大家喜欢.
材料:荞麦面条, 中虾,鲣鱼片皮(Bonito), Soba酱料汁,日本芥末(Washabi),海带,芝麻,黄瓜,葱.
凉拌荞面: 热一锅水煮沸加入荞面条,慢慢搅拌煮大约六分钟熟后立即过冷水放入冰箱备用.虾带壳进热水煮熟立即过冰冷水再开半去沙肠放冰箱备用,黄瓜切丝,海带切幼丝,芝麻先用小火烤熟,葱花.把所有材料相拌匀加Soba酱料汁与日本芥末(Washabi)一起食用.

清汤: 热一锅水沸后,加鲣鱼片皮Bonito,烹大师(柴鱼调料粉),一些清酒,糖,盐煮大约四十分钟后放置冰箱备用(也可以加Soba酱料汁与日本芥末(Washabi)一起食用).
