这寒冷的天气,有一碗热气腾腾的炖汤是人生一大享受.当归:男人不宜多饮多放, 但一道放三四片简易的汤却具有补血活血,润肠通便的功效,北芪补中益气,党参対脾胃虚弱,体倦无力者至为有効,牛筋而补肝强筋益气力,续绝伤脾虚者与冬天增加体能之功用,産妇或归女如炖此汤,可添加量或改牛筋为烏鸡或廋猪肉有更好的効果.
材料:牛筋两条,当归四片,党参一条,北芪一大片,枸杞子一把,淮山八片,姜三片,米酒2茶匙,盐适量.
制作:将牛筋用滚水烫过5分钟拿出斩块洗凈放入炖盅内,枸杞子,淮山,党参,北芪用温水洗净,也放入炖盅内,加姜,料酒,倒满热滚的水放进slow cooker或隔水慢火炖6小时加适量的盐即可食用.
