这一道小吃也许很少人知道,糯米饭虽然有很多种吃法,但这一道广西边界少数民族的特色小吃,真是很别致,加了南乳红烧后的烧肉是又香又糯,再配上蒜油糯米饭,简直是绝配,吃了两大盘还想再吃,请大家也来尝尝吧!
材料:烧腩肉,南乳,糯米,葱,蒜,糖,盐,味精,美极酱油,是拉差辣醤.
制法:葱切成葱花再放进热油微炒香备用.糯米先泡水二十四小时然后隔水蒸熟备用.烧腩肉斩件成如图的长方形备用.热一中锅,放两匙油热后爆香蒜茸,再放两大块南乳炒香后放烧肉块炒香,再倒进热水淹蓋过烧肉后,转小火焖大约一个半小时糯软后,放糖,盐与味精调味后熄火即成.呢.盛糯米饭于碟上,洒些葱油,再放两块南乳烧肉,淋些肉汁,吃时可随意添加美极酱油与是拉差辣椒醤.
