今天为了庆祝Pinky的回归我特为她上这道养颜靓羹,Pinky不大吃海鲜,但这道蟹皇鱼肚靓羹老少皆宜材料鲜味道清香又好吃,加上鱼肚滋补养颜,清补对皮肤与美容帮助大,宴客更是美观大方,送给我们的蛋糕公主最是适合不过,希望妳喜欢.Pinky! Welcome Home!
羹料:沙爆鱼肚3包,靚蟹肉3罐,高汤一大锅.
调味料:盐,味精,太白粉水调稀.
高汤料:老鸡1只出水备用,火腿一整块(用HAM较清甜,而金华火腿油多又太咸),猪肉1大块也出水备用,瑶柱8粒用温水泡软后撕成絲,姜1大块,料酒.大火烧开水后把材料全放进大砂煲里再转文火慢慢熬6小时再过滤后即成高汤.
羹制法:先将沙爆好的鱼肚洗干净用温水泡透6小时,再将鱼肚切成小方形块,把里面的水分挤干后,高汤滚后放鱼肚进去转开小火煨之1.5小时,再加盐,味精调味,再用太白粉水勾芡成羹,羹滚后再下蟹肉熄火拌匀即成”蟹皇鱼肚羹”.
