买了一条腓力牛排,上好的部份留起来做牛排用,肥油多筋的尾部用来做个简单又美味的下酒菜,希望大家喜欢.
原料:尾部腓力牛排,蒜头,洋葱,蕃茄,奶油,美极酱油,胡椒粉,味精,糖,生菜.
制作:牛排切方形大约寸半块,用糖,胡椒粉,美极酱油,味精腌着2小时备用,热油锅大火油炸牛排成焦黄成七分熟捞起沥干油备用(腌汁留用).热油锅,溶两大块奶油爆香蒜茸,放洋葱炒香,再倒剩下的腌汁大火滚稠,回锅牛柳再调味大火快拌上碟.用蕃茄片与生菜做摆盘把牛排倒在菜上即成.
