材料:大木瓜一个开半(找不到小木瓜),雪蛤膏,冰糖,椰汁,姜.制法: 雪蛤膏用水泡一晚,选去黑色污物再洗干净留用.放姜入冷水煮滾后再放泡好的雪蛤膏进去煮45分钟(去腥的步骤),然後盛起滴干水分.煮开水溶化些冰糖至自己喜好的甜度备用.木瓜冼干净外皮,挖出核和瓤,再放木瓜放入炖盅内,放适量的雪蛤膏与糖水于木瓜中,隔水炖2小时即可.椰汁加热煮稠, 吃时可加些椰汁增加香滑為拌食.
