对付小孩刷牙的方法（ZT在babycenter看见的），对我家宝宝很有效。

ZT：

“I had to tell my children a story to get them to brush their teeth. I explained that they have teeth monsters in their mouth that like to eat left over food and teeth, so they have to use their special monster removers(toothbrushes) and monster soap (tooth paste) to get rid of them. Then I asked them what colour their monsters are. My son had 'rainbow' and daughter had 'green', so when I brushed their teeth, I would say, 'Uh oh, I see a green monster hiding back there, do you want me to get it? I think it found a piece of sweetie, we should get rid of him AND that yucky sweetie'. They always say yes. It's not really a lie, it's the truth in an imaginative way. Then we rinse the monster remover in the water to get the monsters off the brush and down the drain and we yell, 'Bye bye monsters!' It's fun to brush teeth now.”

我家宝宝爱自己刷牙（其实是吃牙膏），时常不让我碰她的大牙。我在babycenter看见这，试了，很有效果。

我做了些更改。我家宝宝还小，我没对她说过任何关于monster的事，不过她倒是知道“细菌”，也知道细菌会让她肚子痛。

我大开嘴巴，让她找细菌及帮我刷牙（她拿着我的牙刷），而同时我就在她嘴里找细菌。我说“里面的看不见”，她立刻把嘴巴打开得大大的，好让我可以大牙刷得干干净净（以前是躲躲闪闪的）。

刷完了，我就说：把细菌吐出来！！

然后我们两就努力的吐口水，过一段日子再让她试用水漱口。
