in order to stop myself from using the word "no" all the time, i hide as many dangerous thing as possible from my 13m. but there are still times that she runs into dangerous objects, like bones.
we have meal together and very often me and my husband disgrard fish bones, chicken bones or bones from the meat soup. and cc constantly observing us during meal time, so that she could see which food are not being given to her.
very soon, she notice those tinny little bones are not being given to her and she started to demand for them. of course we couldn't give her the bones. and then the crying, screaming, hitting of food tray, throwing of food onto the floor starts. and whenever a crying spell starts, it lasted very long.
even after we bring her out of the high chair, she will continue to cry and straighten her body, twisting on the floor.....i normally sit aside and let her cry (she wouldn't let anyone to touch her anyway). after a while, she will kind of slow down on her crying and i try to comfort her, then crying spell started back again, cry even harder and louder....
sigh....anyone could give me any advice? thank you.
pls don't tell me that me and my husband shouldn't eat food with bones anymore.
