what\'s wrong with my baby?

just now, i tried to be a good mother, and read some story books to my baby.

she was happy at fist, then decided to grab the book and put into her mouth (her number hobby). that's a new book and it has very sharp edges, so , i lifted the book higher so that she couldn't reach it.

she was very frustrated after few tried out, then started to cry. she kicked and rolled around and really fussy. i tried to ignore her, but she was getting worse. when i finally gave up, i offered her the book, she actually threw the book back to me and cried harder...

at the end, i had to carry her and comfort her in my arms. she settled down very fast and sat down among her books and enjoy eating them again.

why is my daughter behaving so badly? something wrong with my parenting skill?
