period.
as i said, i nurse as often as i can whenever i feel my milk supply drop. i strongly believe that the more often the breasts are being empty, the more often they will refill back.
i started to have period back from around 8th week. now my baby is 7m, i am still breastfeeding her, no formula given. she is 90% weight. so, u can rest assure that having period will only temporary affect your milk supply. as long as you nurse more often that time, u can continue to nurse. i know many jms here in this forum able to nurse their babies beyond 1yr, and they all have their periods.
plus, yesterday, one jm said she has milk after listening to a song from a male taiwanese singer. this is a good example of nursing mother needs to relax, in order to have better milk supply.
so, relax and rest more, meanwhile, nurse more often. good luck.
