遵从外在的行为道德规则（比如古训，传统或宗教道德，社会法律，大多数人的习惯，等等）并非难事，难的是如何自己心目中有自己的规则，并且在这些规则和外在规则相冲突时自己仍然能坚守之。It's always easier to follow the rules made by others (majority, power classes, traditions, social systems, etc.), than to have rules inside one's own heart, and to follow them even when they contradict rules made by others.
