[博讯论坛] 一、 中共的目的宗旨就是一党专政、奴役他人

中共自靠暴力夺取政权之后的公开口号就是“党领导一切”、“党指挥枪”、“一切服从党的领导”、“党叫干啥就干啥”。中共让中国人必须遵守的四项基本原则的核心就是“坚持党的领导”，这一原则列为四项基本原则的首要原则。这个原则就是要使中共凌驾于一切其他中国人之上，领导他人、指挥他人、支配他人，而他人没有权利，只有服从的义务。从中国共产党的口号中就可以看出，中共成立、存在的目的、宗旨就是自己垄断所有权利，即一党专政，用这种权力来领导他人、役使他人、支配他人，要他人绝对服从，只有义务，没有权利，这当然也就是奴役。

二、 中共为实现一党专政，奴役他人都干了些什么？

1. 垄断媒体，反对言论、新闻、出版、集会、游行示威自由。
从本质上来讲，人人都不愿被他人奴役。所以中共为掩盖要奴役他人的真相，欺骗世人，美化自己，攻击自由世界，自执政之日起，就开始取缔一切不被自己操控的媒体，将一切媒体都垄断在自己手里，以一个声音说话，禁止一切不利于中共一党专政的言论发出。所以，中共是从本质上反对思想自由、新闻自由、出版、集会、游行示威的自由的，中共决不会让你以任何形式自由的表达你的真实的思想、真实的意见，那样，它还怎样骗人，你想在中共统治下获得表达自由，那真是痴心妄想。即使对于中共自己的媒体，其中若干有点良心的媒体人，说点真话，也往往是命运悲惨，中共会捏造各种罪名来整治他、折磨他、甚至处决他，并株连他的亲人。中共现在正把这种垄断推向港、澳，收买港、澳媒体，打压、恐吓自由媒体人，使他们噤声，使其他具有自由民主理念的人如李柱铭、刘慧卿、梁国雄、陈方安生、沈婷难以发声，港澳的自由空间愈来愈小，中共继续统治下去，港人自由最终也必将丧失，港人也必将彻底被奴役。中共也正在将垄断媒体的手段推向全世界，不仅是香港，连台湾的甚至是美国的部分媒体、媒体人看来也已被中共收买，为中共发声，助中共为恶。中共在媒体上也取得了对西方民主国家的胜利，中共的骗人的谎话可以在自由世界自由传播，不被西方政府限制禁止，而自由、人权、民主、法治理念却被中共政府严格限制、禁止在中国传播，即使在互联网上，也将这些内容作为“有害信息”予以删除或屏蔽，中共的绝大多数人难以听到自由的、真实的声音，对世界发生的很多事不了解真相，任凭中共解读、歪曲，以至是非不分，黑白颠倒。如美国是自由世界的旗帜，它为了维护公平正义，帮助世界各地人民获得人权、自由，解除他们的枷锁、帮他们摆脱奴役。但很多中国人却因中共对媒体的垄断而认为美国坏得很、霸权主义、任意侵略别国，反而同情独裁者、恐怖分子这些奴役他人或意图奴役他人的恶魔，如萨达姆、查维斯、内贾德、金正日、本•拉登、哈尼亚之流及其组织。中共垄断、收买媒体、媒体人正使中共逐步实现对全人类的奴役，当然这种奴役最后要通过战争来实现。这种战争似乎正在悄悄地降临，中共现在经济上、军事上已经够强大的了，当它认为自己足够强大时，它就会发动第三次世界大战，这次世界大战或许以并吞台湾、消灭台湾民主为导火索。这次人类所遭受劫难之惨烈恐将是难以想象的。如果世界上相当一部分人特别是精英人物都被中共的谎言所迷惑，对中共充满幻想，处于对中共的迷幻之中，援助中共，强调与中共的共同利益，而积极的与中共合作，那就会使中共迅速地足够强大，那么这场战争也就会迅速地到来了。

2. 坚持“党指挥枪”，反对军队国家化。

中共要坚持一党专政、奴役他人，仅靠垄断媒体、散布谎言、掩盖真相是不够的，因为谎言有时会被揭穿，真相有时候掩盖不住。这时怎么办?图穷匕首见,中共就会露出凶恶本相，用暴力镇压要求自由、要求摆脱奴役的人。八九六四事件只是其中一例，对所谓“疆独”“藏独”的镇压，对法轮功的迫害又何尝吧不是如此。维持迫害，维护暴力镇压，就必须掌握暴力工具—军队。所以，中共无论如何。都不愿放弃军队，始终坚持“党的指挥枪”。坚决反对军队国家化。为了今后将奴役扩展至全人类，发动第三次世界大战，中共也必须掌握军队，并使军队规模世界第一，连武警部队，中国大概有近四百万常备军了吧，不仅如此，中国军力日益增强，它拥有大量核武器，它的武器可以摧毁卫星了。但是西方某些政要竟然认为中国会热爱和平，殊不知中共的本质就是奴役人，它在国内统治上表现为专制独裁，待其力量足够强大时，就必然向国外扩张，在世界称霸，世界霸权是国内专制独裁在力量强大时的必然延伸，它的本质是一样的，就是要支配他人，奴役他人，只有实现民主法治，有事靠既定规则协商或司法机构裁决，才有国内的和平和世界的和平。专制力量强大了，就必然导致战争。所以说，中共统治的中国是未来世界大战的最可能的发动者，甚至是必然的发动者，如果中共在足够强大前不被解体的话。可笑西方某些政要，如法国总统希拉克之流，竟为中共之经济利益所诱惑，要欧盟解除对华武器禁运。希拉克与尼克松一样，实乃千古罪人也，他们使中共强大起来，使人类面临着极大劫难。
3、坚持中央集权，反对地方自治，反对普选、反对三权分立。

在中国，中共为了使自己能够有效的支配其他人，奴役他人，将权利牢牢的掌握在自己手里，就坚决反对分权、更反对普选。它在横的方面反对分权，反对三权分立，三权分立就会导致公平，导致谁也不能支配他人，奴役他人，中共还如何“领导一切”？在纵的方面主张中央集权，主张下级服从上级，全党服从中央，反对地方自治，地方政府官员中央任命，上级任命。如果下面自治了，普选了，官员由民众选举了，谁还听党中央的，谁还听党的。所以，决不能允许地方真正的自治，决不能允许普选。所以中共对新疆、西藏民众的自己要求就以“疆独”“藏独”“打击分离主义”的名义来镇压，对香港的普选要求，则以人大释法，分化瓦解民主力量的方法来拖延。就中共的本质而言，它至死也不会允许地方自治和普选的。所以外界不要被中共所迷惑，所谓的“疆独”“藏独”“分离主义”“台独”，都不是那里的人民真正想从中国独立出去，这里所发生的是人权自由民主法治与专制独裁之争，是奴役和反奴役之争。如果真有民主法治，统一分裂又有什么意义，欧盟几十个国家尚且能在多方面联为一体，何况海峡两岸本就曾属于一个国家。所以，台湾政府应多从独裁专制反自由、法治人权方面抨击中共政权，支持中国民众的一切自由诉求。不要非在形式上宣布台独，以使中共找到发动战争的借口。国际社会也应支持台湾的入联或返联要求，就像对待原民主德国联邦德国。韩国、朝鲜一样，使世界上任何地区的人民都不被摒弃在联合国之外，不要屈服于中共的压力而采用不同的标准。香港的民主力量应和大陆的民主力量，世界的民主力量联合起来，相互支援，不要被中共的伪理论所迷惑，中共的所谓“爱国的港人治港’,只不过是中共独裁的另一类说词，它实际上就是说忠于中共的人治港，中共的走狗治港，。什么是爱国，爱这个国家的人民，使他们获得自由、民主法治、人权，才是爱国。奴役一个国家的人民，却说爱这个国家，这就是中共的爱国，它爱的只是自己，爱的只是自己的独裁权力。反自由、人权、民主、法治的人，是假爱国，真爱自己。李柱铭才是爱国，他爱的是中国人民，台湾人民，所以中共才会诋毁他，李柱铭应受世人的普遍尊重。香港人民争普选、争自由的行动应受到国际社会的普遍支持。

4、禁止一切独立组织存在，反对结社自由。

中共要维持一党专政，就必然不允许其他组织与他平起平坐，不允许其外的组织独立存在。中国刚一执政，就镇压一贯道、会道门，现在镇压地下教会，镇压法轮功，这些组织所以被镇压迫害，不是因为他们真有什么错，而是因为他们最求独立、自由、人权，不服从中共的独裁安排，接触过法轮功的人，知道练此功者多为善良、诚实、宽容待人之人，实在不理解中共为何要镇压他们，就是因为不了解中共不允许真正的独立组织存在，反对结社自由这个症结所在。改革开放前，成立未经中共允许的组织的人往往被以反革命罪处决，前两年，申请注册“中国民主党“的负责人均被判刑。所以，中国是没有真正的民间组织的，中国工会、学生会、青年团、妇联、消协、个协、作家协会、律师协会、各民主党派、教会、学校、企业（公有）及其他各种组织都是中共精心挑选安排的领导人，谁不服从这种安排，就会受到打击迫害。这些组织都会执行中共交给的任务。所以，你与中共的任何组织打交道，都等于是与中共打交道，你对中国的任何援助，都等于是对中共的援助，你与中国的一切合作，都等于与中共的合作。即使是改革开放后的私人企业，真正赚大钱的企业幕后真正的所有人，往往都是中共大员，或大员之亲属、亲信，在前台的往往只是其代理人，出了事还好让这些人顶罪。所有这些企业等于中共的企业，中共安排他们干什么，他们必然就干什么。国有企业就更不用说了，它们的一切行为更能代表中共的行为，如军工企业卖给伊朗武器、军事技术，或通过朝鲜转给恐怖组织武器、技术，使他们杀伤维护自由的军人，摧毁自由世界的生命财产或在平民中制造恐怖、制造混乱、制造对民主自由的不信任，削弱自由世界的力量。这些悄悄卖给无赖国家、恐怖组织武器技术的行动，当然都是中共的授意，不然走私军火必受极重处罚，中共现在是以隐蔽的形式对抗自由世界，说是这些组织的行为，一旦它认为自己力量足够强大了，隐蔽就转为公开，就不要再借这些组织之手了，那时，第三次世界大战恐怕就要真的来临了。

至于真正的民办企业，它们生存也靠与当地政府官员的关系，才能赚钱，产权人必须听中共的话才能生存。因为没有法治，中共可以以税收等等各种借口使你破产。所以与中国的民间企业打交道时也必须充分小心，它们也会执行中共交给的任务。至于台资、外资企业，中共也要在这些企业中设立党支部，将中共势力渗透到这些企业中，把中共的人员安排的这些企业中，为中共效劳，执行中共的任务。不听中共话的企业、不与中共合作的企业，往往赚不到钱，甚至血本无归，甚至人也会遭受中共牢狱之实。

5、任意掠夺，几乎垄断一切经济资源。

（1）垄断土地
中共执政不久，即将私有土地掠夺过来，先假惺惺分给农民，继而又收归公有，将中国土地虽然分为所谓国有和集体所有，但实际上它为中共所私有，其他中国人完全没有权利支配处分土地，中共对土地想怎么处分就怎么处分。譬如，所谓农民集体所有的土地，中共想怎么用就怎么用，他们给他们自己任命的村官签个合同，给村官分点脏，给农民每亩两万左右的补偿，转手以每亩几十万、几百万元甚至上千万的价格卖出，与开发商分赃，这是对农民的任意掠夺。看中了哪块有建筑物的土地，就让建筑物所有者拆迁，补偿极低，不同意拆就强拆，反抗就镇压。中共的土地制度，通过征用和拆迁就可以看出是中共任意掠夺民众的一种制度。中共现在实际上垄断着中国所有的土地，土地可是人类最宝贵经济资源，中国的土地可是占了世界的约十五分之一呀！

（2）垄断金融、电信、交通、供电、供水、供油、供暖、烟草，从垄断中获取暴利。
譬如电信，手机通讯费，原来有月租，还双向收费，还有昂贵的漫游费，使暴利是成本的几倍、几十倍。以获取暴利的方式掠夺中国民众，使中共以这种方式聚敛了大量财富。

6.加入世界贸易组织，损害他国，壮大自己。

中共通过加入世贸组织，任意侵犯发达国家知识产权，大量进行仿冒、盗版，加上在国内任意克扣、拖延、拒发工人工资，使中共廉价商品充斥国际市场。对国外产品进入中国市场设置许多壁垒，如对外国进口汽车设置进口汽车使用许可证制度，一个许可证就要七八万，谁还去买外国进口汽车。这就使中国与他的贸易对象国产生了极大的贸易顺差。使外国的企业在竞争中处于劣势，甚至倒闭破产，国家经济衰退，民众失业，收入降低，购买力降低，又反过来也影响企业的生产。

中共加入世贸组织以来，不守世界贸易规则，损害了他国，损害了世界，壮大了自己，它已使世界经济陷入一片混乱。但有些人看不到中共对世界经济的捣乱、破坏作用，却说美国经济衰退拖累了世界，实在是没有找到真正的原因。可以说，一个不遵守世贸组织规则的中国，它的经济力量越是强大，对世界的损害就越严重。现在他已经以强大的经济为诱饵，来屈服如希拉克之流的没有坚强自由人权价值观念的西方政要，来要挟最优秀的政要如德国总理默克尔。

三、 中共计划逐步奴役全人类

中共——一个以专政、奴役他人为目的、为职志的政党，在经济上强大之后它会做什么呢？它就会根据自己的力量扩大奴役对象。它先是以“回归”的名义将香港、澳门归入自己的统治，使香港澳门同胞逐步丧失自由、沦为奴役对象。进而将会以统一的名义将台湾吞并、使台湾人民被奴役。再进一步发动世界大战，成为世界霸主，奴役全人类。

中共对中国几十年的统治，使中国的约八千万人非正常死亡，中国人还受尽了中共其他各种形式的蹂躏与折磨。中国整个地变成了一个中共设置的大监狱。它到现在为止，它对全人类的危害就已远远地超过了德国纳粹，如果它以“解放全人类”的名义奴役了全人类的话，那么，人类遭受的苦难就真是难以想象了。

中共的经济力量已如此强大，2007年，仅国库税收就达到五万多亿人民币，还不算它印发大量钞票，另外，我们不能忽略的是，实行公有制的集权中共，它能支配的财产是全国的所有财产，就此而言，它的国力超过了世界上任何一个国家。它的经济地位远非当时发动第二次世界大战的德国所能相比。一个以专政、奴役他人为职志的邪恶政党，不将强大的经济力量转化为强大的军事力量那才怪呢。它不以各种形式资助世界上一切邪恶力量那才怪呢。中共已将世界各种邪恶力量聚集在自己旗下，世界各种邪恶力量现在唯中共的马首是瞻，中国现在已成为世界各种邪恶力量的大本营。金正日、内贾德、查维斯、哈马斯、缅甸军政府、本•拉登，都以中共为最大的靠山。通过伊朗、朝鲜向世界各种邪恶力量输送武器和军事技术，来杀伤维护自由的美军战士，只是中共支持各种邪恶力量的一种形式。它会以各种形式攻击自由世界，尤其是自由世界的旗帜——美国，因为美国是中共实现奴役世界的最大障碍，它尤其会下力用各种形式去破坏美国的经济，去削弱美国的军力。经济军事已空前强大且日益强大的中共，已成为人类安全的最大威胁，伊朗、朝鲜、本•拉丹、哈马斯对人类安全的威胁，与中共相比，只是小巫见大巫。中共的问题不解决，伊朗核问题、朝核问题，伊拉克安全问题，缅甸问题，苏丹问题都一概不能解决或很难解决，因为这些问题的背后都有中国影子的存在，中共就是要利用这些问题，或有意再制造一些问题，将自由世界拖入泥潭，将美国拖入泥潭，逐渐削弱自由世界的力量，壮大自己的力量而渗透到世界的各个角落。你看，当美国陷入伊拉克战争泥潭时，中共的各种间谍渗透到美国的各种组织中，包括企业、学生组织、政府组织、华侨组织等各种各样的组织，中共主权基金正力图打入西方各国，以图影响操控那里的经济、政治，以为自己未来发动的第三次世界大战、征服、奴役全人类做准备。

现在受经济利益驱动，有些人闭眼不看中国经济在各方面所实行的垄断行政审批，不看大企业基本被中共政府操控的事实，硬要承认中 国为完全市场经济国家，这只能使中共的经济更快的强大，推进中共奴役人类的步伐，这些人实在是为虎作伥，助纣为虐。更有甚者，如法国前总统希拉克之流的无耻小丑，竟公然要求欧盟解除对华武器禁运，这更会加快中共奴役全人类的步伐，中共的战争真的即将来临了。
