周末早餐: 东北早餐油饼，熏三文鱼和炒鸡蛋Fried bread, Smoked Salmon,Scramble eggs

来美国学会了做scone，又叫fried bread。但从来没有想起来做我们中国东北的家常油饼。上个星期日试了一次。很成功。

家常油饼Recipe很简单：
３杯面
１杯水
２TBSP 糖
半tsp 盐
２ tsp yeast
和好面，让它发起１小时。按你对大小的喜欢，分成几个等份。看下图：



Roll each dough to flat. Cut some strips in the middle of the dough.
面团杆成片状，中间划几条口。

Heat oil in a cast iron pan with 2 inch of oil. Fry each dough to golden brown on both side.
大口铁锅加油加热。油要有２英寸高。油饼两面炸黄。

Our neighbor Kathy gave us some smoked salmon. She smoked by herself. It is the best smoked salmon I have ever had. It is so delicious with scramble eggs.
我家邻居kathy自己钓的三文鱼，并自己熏的。是我一生中吃过的最好的熏三文鱼。鸡蛋打碎加些牛奶，炒好，又软又松。配上熏三文鱼真的太合适不过。好好吃！
