快速咖哩牛肉意大利面
Everyone like Beef Lo Mei. Why not add India curry to give it twist? I don't have Chinese noodle. So, I just use regular spaghetti. It tastes no different.
This time I use a non-stick pan for stir fry noodles. I use the spaghetti for the noodles
Heat the oil, add onion, sliced beef stir fry for 2 minutes. Add India Curry power.
Add vegitable. I used shredded cabage and carrots.
Stir fry for another 4 to 5 minutes until it is soft. You can't see in the picture. Spaghetti is cooking in the boiling water.
Add the spaghetti. Mix well and season with coarse salt and fresh grounded pepper.
Dinner is ready.
Soft, smooth noodle with curry flavor, a little touch of hot spicy makes perfect weekday dinner.
