how about the 3 months experience?

I want to go to a bigger firm instead of stay at my old samll firm. I had 3 months experience and i would like to apply for the same level of position. how do think the chance is?
it is a CPA firm. the reason is: i just want to get into the bigger firm and more chance for me.
