Strange Feeling

Yesterday I gave four sales agreements to the lawyer. These first two units are sold in March for $72K each; the third in April for $76K;the fourth in May for $78K. Because I want to put the complete date beyond one full year of the date I purchased(June 22,2006). The closing dates of all these are on June 28 and beyond.

Looking at these agreements, I noticed that if I sold all at the latest price, I would end up with $14K more.

All previous units have been sold at lower prices, but they were completed at different times and not together.

It is just a strange feeling to let go that money.
