The iron fist, a heavy hand,
Controls the masses, across the land.
Free speech stifled, dissent suppressed,
Individuality, a burden, confessed.

The state supreme, the people small,
No room for freedom, for one and all.
Surveillance watches, a watchful eye,
On every corner, beneath the sky.

The narrative spun, a single thread,
Dissenters vanished, the truth lies dead.
History rewritten, the past erased,
A chilling echo, of freedoms erased.

Like shadows lengthening, in the fading light,
The specter of control, holds all in tight.
Where dissent is treason, and thought a crime,
A chilling portrait, of authoritarian time.
