I am the director of Chinese Family Service of Greater Montreal, a community center which has been serving the Chinese population in the Montreal area for over 20 years. I, and the lawyer who works with us have met Mr. Pan on several occasions to discuss the issue he faces.

Mr. Pan has been the victim of many hardships in the past years, both on a personal and business level. Although it is now too late to correct some of these problems, there are some issues for which there is still hope and some type of recourse.We at Chinese Family Service of Greater Montreal stand by Mr.. Pan in has endeavors to put his life and his affair back in order. We offer him our support.

Object: Support for the rights of people in Mental Health

Action Autonomie is a community based defense of rights group in mental for the Island of Montreal. Our mission is to defend and to promote rights for people living or have lived with mental health problems. To attain our objective we use individual accompaniment actions.

Through individual accompaniment Mr. Pan Zhen Guo’s situation came to our attention. According his well-documented information he seems to have victim of fraud on the part of a person with a respectable social status. This person seem to have taken advantage of Mr. Pan Zhen Guo’s Fragile health condition and the confidence in which he had in her to abuse him to the point where he has lost of his most economic savings.

This kind of situation as well as discrimination is part of some of the obstacles that people with mental health problems can go through. We at Action Autonomie think that all people should be treated equally regardless of their mental health condition.

In respect of our mission, we will continue to fight for people’ right in mental health and we are available for further information concerning our group.

本人，潘振国；英文名PETER PAN。我和我的家人怀着万分感激之情，由衷的向加国及我海外华人社团，尤其是以个人名义为我们鸣不平并一直支持关心此案进展，关怀我们的父老乡亲兄弟姐妹们表示由衷的敬意和谢意。

截至今日，我们先后收到从加国社团寄来的有：ACTION AUTONOMIE—该团体表示除了我们收到的支持声援信之外，他们已在征集个人联名签名；我们接到了IME QUEBEC 的支持声援信；PROJECT GENESIS 除了支持声援我们之外，该团体为我们的不平冤屈作了大量的工作并让他们团体的律师仔细为我们分析冤案症结的所在。

MULTY COFI, NDG FOOD BANK及SUN YOUTH, SULVATION ARMY, COTE DES NEIGES 的犹太社团等亦在我们最困难的时候为我们提供食物和衣物等; GAZETTE 报社亦在我们最困难之际为我们送来以年一度的圣诞食品篮和过新年的支票；我们当时所属的CLSC RENE-GASON 亦时时为我们提供方方面面的服务。在我们海外华人社团方面，我们收到了赵秀媚主任为蒙城华人服务中心签署的支持声援信；在此同时，我们收到了许多以个人名义向我们进行安怃慰问，并询问如何索取支持声援表格的的方法。为此我特借 SINO-QUEBEC 贵网将联名签名表发在网上，以便热心支持声援我们的人士索取。

此案的诉讼程序：第一步是将附有支持声援信及联名签名同Give Me Justice And My Life Back! To Our Canadian Society And Politicians的信以挂号信方式送达政府相关机构和部门；如在十天内仍不予答复，即向魁省高级法院提出诉讼索赔，初步定于本月下旬正式提出索赔诉讼。
