The scenery of Malaysia is beautiful between Singapore and Malaka of Malaysia. The road conditions are perfect for the car race (smooth and straight); and usually, there are not much cars on the road, and do not have to worry about speed ticket since there is no police and no traffic network between Singapore and Malaysia. And the most issues can be resolved by cash, US dollar work well in Malaysia. So everything is fully understood.
Our rep has a modified Subaru with turbo and high performance tires. It was shower, temperature was about 80F, it was ok temperature for intaking air, and wet condition was not good for control, but was perfect for cooling the tires.
I was able to make 0~100km/hr in 5.5 seconds. With the help of shower, I am able to make 220km/hr for about 20 minutes; the engine oil temperature is about 100C. It was good enough. Some of Malaysia drivers were jointed our race, which made 2.5 hours ride much fun. What a ride. I can not believe the little Subaru can do 220. This reminds me that I was able to do 200km/hr on the autobahn (Germany highway) in September with BMW. Somehow, the road surface conditions in Malaysia are much better than Germany, road is straighter than autobahn.
Last year, I drove from Salt Lake City to Nevada. My poor rental Camry could only go at 160km/hr. It seems Subaru is better.
Hey, I am not doing commercial for Subaru.
