Bitterness

Have not visited this site for a long time. Recently I read an interesting line and thought I should write it down: Bitterness harms the one who bears it more than the one who deserves it. Personally I thought it should be: Bitterness harms the one who bears it more than the one who causes it. Just a minor change. Fortunately I thought I always have a selective memory: I remember things beautiful much longer than those less pleasant. Maybe bad memory has intrinsically shorter life time. Wish this is universally true!

Any negative feeling, if you bear it inside you, only hurts yourself. I have learned to drop any of the negative feelings if I detect it.
