Have not visited this site for a long time. Recently I read an interesting line and thought I should write it down:
Bitterness harms the one who bears it more than the one who deserves it.
Personally I thought it should be:
Bitterness harms the one who bears it more than the one who causes it.
Just a minor change. Fortunately I thought I always have a selective memory: I remember things beautiful much longer than those less pleasant. Maybe bad memory has intrinsically shorter life time. Wish this is universally true! |
