(七) 尾记花絮-- 画蛇添足篇

其实房奴还是有很多房奴的快乐的。

不要说隔三差五上http://www.zillow.com查查自己的房子升值了多少，到http://www.windermere.com/看看最近上市房子的价格涨了多少，享受一些镜中月，水中花的快乐（很抱歉正在看房的朋友们，我知道这种快乐正是建立在你们的痛苦之上的），还有下列很实惠的好处哟。 

我和老公再也不用担心父母夜里起来给儿子喂奶时被吵醒了，下班回来还可以在书房里专心加班不被打扰，父母晚上可以安心看电视，四岁的女儿也非常喜欢自己独立的小天地，（以前每次带她看房时她总是说"我喜欢这个房子，咱们不要回西雅图那个家吧“。在她眼里，我们租住的房子就是西雅图那个家），而且开始邀请小伙伴来玩了。我爸爸的爱好和特长又得以发挥，他在后院里种了好多花：夏天的四季海棠，绣球，马连正是开花的季节，好漂亮！邻居的孩子们也非常喜欢在我们院里的playground荡秋千，滑滑梯。我老公的爸爸来以后，又种了好多的菜。昨天晚上我们吃的菠菜就是自家产的呢。周末我也会在院子里收拾收拾草坪，锄锄草什么的。什么烦恼都会丢在脑后，真是放松的好办法。 

仔细想来，还是很感激我们的经纪人，没有他，或许我们还没“抢”到房，仍然在租来的两室一厅的房子里“忘房兴叹”呢。我可不想背上“吃水忘掉挖井人”的骂名！

I never went to SF but based on information I know, bellevue is still much cheaper than SF. Furthermore, both my husband and I need to look for jobs if we move to SF.
We bought a house in Sammamish and it is close to our office. I never did research on Tacoma and Olympia. So sorry that I can;t answer this quesition

your article is very interesting, I just want to comment something, if Bellevue is so expensive, the price is comparable as San Francisco Bay, why don't you move over there, I am sure Silicon Valley is a much nicer place to live than Seattle. There are plenty of job opportunity for experienced people down there. Also, why don't people want to move to Tacoma area? What do you think Tacoma, Olympia area? What do you think the potential there?
