At6:30,Igotupanddidsomeweightworkbeforeheading
outfortherun.I'verecoveredwellovertheweek,myPF
wasgoneandtheblisterundertheleftheelwashealing
well.Iplanned10milesandwasquitehopeful.
Thefirst4milesfeltgreatuntilIhitthedirtroadonthelevee.
