和面:
普通面粉几碗(看自己要做多少而定)放在和面盆里,水烧开倒在大杯子里,放一分钟,再一点一点的,边用筷子搅拌,边加开水,搅拌倒没有干面,稍谅一会儿,不烫手时就可揉成面团,醒面30分钟后,中间揉一次......
接下来就可像包饺子的做法一样了……
馅料:

原料:
洋葱,嫩牛肉,胡萝卜
蒜末,姜片,葱白,咖喱粉,生抽,盐,料酒,湿淀粉,食用油适量。做法:1.牛肉要选没有筋的净牛肉,将牛肉切片,加入生抽,料酒,蒜末,湿淀粉拌匀;

翠花烤排骨,babybackribs的特殊烤法:2006-02-0901:05:39一.干料制作及用途:1.比例为七份红糖(BrownSugar)
2.两份干辣椒面(ChiliPowder我用的是CaliforniaChiliPowder)
