正宗的鱼香肉丝要求是肉丝佐料要切细成头发丝般地...基于健康养生低热量，我采用了火鸡肉。
超市里有售TurkeyBreastScallopini，多汁水灵，是薄薄一片片的那样子的。进一步的加工就是把火鸡片再剖薄，然后横切成细丝（如图）。
