快过春节了,想起了陕北的小米黄酒.小时候,每逢妈妈做米酒时,我就在一旁打下手.头天晚上,妈妈把粘小米加入少许硬小米泡在清水里.第二天一大早去掉水.然后,放碾子上碾成米粉.米粉拿回家放烧开的水加绿豆大锅上面蒸成糕.把热糕,去渣的绿豆汤,加曲子捏和均匀.洗净风干的瓷罐内喷上白酒,底下放些许曲子粉,把混合好的酒坯装入,最后再撒上曲子,盖上盖子发酵30-45天.舀稠酒,用[阅读全文]

又是一个严寒的冬季。屈指数来已是我在加的第十二个冬天。这里的冬天除漫长的寒冷外，更可怕的是终日不见阳光，令人非常郁闷，这可能也是自杀的一个原因。
