买房要钱找贷款公司，这是买房系统工程中重要的一步,也是最省心的一步----你如果挑到一个好贷款公司。

纽约州地产执照分realestatesalesandbroker两种.
感兴趣的朋友可以到州政府网站licence类去查各类执照的要求，以及考试认可教育机构的名录。然后就是参加培训（网上或课堂两种）。
通过sales资格考试后，必须挂在一个地产经纪公司名下才能拿到sales的执照，每两年需进修才能更新。只有broker有资格开地产经纪公司签署佣金合同，但broker也要承担维[阅读全文]
