（中央社记者禾枫云温哥华二十二日专电）加拿大房地产业界的一项研究报告显示，加国的平均房价在过去十年几近翻涨一倍。其中，大温哥华地区的房价仍高居全国之冠，其他都会地区的房价也逐步迎头赶上。

全美房地产经纪商协会(NationalAssociationofRealtors)14日宣布，2007年最后的3个月，美国77个大都会地区住宅价格下跌。其中纽约、新泽西北部和长岛地区一家庭现房的中间价格下跌了1.1%，降至45.74万元。同时，有45个州的现房销量下跌，纽约跌幅为9%。
