要想防止“过劳死”，就必须了解身体为我们发出的“过劳死”信号。日本公众卫生研究所的科研人员曾对日本“过劳死”高发现象做过详细研究，从预防角度，他们列举了27种过劳症状和因素。
研究者认为：在这27项症状和因素中占有7项以上，即是有过度疲劳危险者，占10项以上就可能在任何时候发生“过劳死”。同时，在第1项到第9项中占两项以上或者在第1[阅读全文]

两项研究分别显示，小时候经常吃黄豆的人，得乳癌危险机率较低，而每周吃数次鱼的男性，得大肠癌的危险也比较低。
这两项在美国癌症研究学会举行的会议上发表的研究报告，为饮食可降低罹癌危险再添例証。
