三年前在SOKL上做的Gallup Clifton Strengths Finder（盖洛普·克里夫顿优势识别测试），最近托m公司的福又免费重测了一次。测试时长约40分钟涉及上百道按自己符合程度打分的情境描述。两次测试虽间隔三年。结果却惊人的相似。34型强项中排在前五的有四个是一样的，有出入的一个其实也算姐妹型。一方面，看来本姐姐的人格和身高一样很久以前就不思进取了。另一方面也说明这个测试应该还是有几分可信度的。世上最漫长的路，莫非是上帝造我们的"套路"？他老人家倒是七日之内完事，可曾想本姐我摸爬滚打这些年，走过无数的山穷水尽柳暗花明才慢慢开始认识自己那么一丢丢唉。不过就是这一小丢丢，也让俺迸发出无穷的智慧和力量来熬人生这碗鸡汤。话说继熬鸡汤后，翻译光荣的成为本姐姐又一项造（聒）福（噪）全人类的爱好，嘿嘿嘿。下面请听让本西鸡立鹤群万里长城永不倒 （？？！）的五大人格强项及特邀嘉宾的精彩点评！！
1. Achiever 达成者型 （“劳碌命型”）

啧啧～咋看以为我西要步都教授之后尘！细想我西此等传道授业解惑之热情，实乃为扩张神国之疆界而预备也。带small group两年之经历可窥见一二。物尽其用否，可拭目以待！

3. Restorative 复兴型 （化腐朽为神奇型）
You love to solve problems. Whereas some are dismayed when they encounter yet another breakdown, you can be energized by it. 这鸡汤熬得可真是实诚～顺附菜谱一则吧 嘿嘿
材料：苦瓜三个，牛肉400g，葱蒜少许，干辣椒末少许，鸡蛋一只
做法：1.牛肉切成小长条，用料酒，酱油，盐，淀粉和一个鸡蛋打出的蛋清腌制半小时
2. 苦瓜切半，掏出里面的瓤，在把内表皮都清干净，切成小薄片后，用盐拌匀，手用力抓几分钟至盐入味，苦瓜汁液流出，这步可以稍微去处苦瓜的苦味
3.取一个小锅，烧开水后，倒入盐腌制好的苦瓜片，煮两三分钟后捞出，沥干
4. 锅内放入少许油，加入葱蒜和干辣椒末，爆香
5. 倒入腌制好的牛肉，翻炒至牛肉变熟水分蒸出开始出油后，倒入燎好的苦瓜
6. 翻匀后加入一勺蚝油，少许盐，继续翻炒几分钟收汁后就可以出锅啦
我大方地把自己归于 1+3 组，复合型人才。哈哈哈。
一生劳碌，但回首往事，每每十分欣慰，木有浪费时光。：）
