1.用水浸泡过夜2.剥皮3.用开水煮1.5分钟(小心不要煮过,否则会烂)4.捞起放凉5.凉锅放油,把蚕豆放入油来6.开中高火,直到霹雳啪啦的响7.稍微搅拌,直到你能感觉到蚕都变硬,互相碰撞有清脆声音8.滤油,上盘,放凉洒盐

2.蒸盘刷层油,放粉浆薄薄覆盖表面即可3.蒸三分钟4.取出蒸盘,小心卷起5.重复#2,#3,#4至用完粉浆为止.(我是用两个蒸盘,轮着蒸)

Frenchbread材料最简单了,不用蛋不用油的.
11/2cupwarmwater(110Fdegree)
4cupsbreadflour
11/2tspsalt
2tspyeast
用面包机做dough,然后搓成长条,形状大小由你喜欢.然后搁着rise到1.5~2倍大小.375F度烤至金黄.中间喷喷水.
烤好之后表皮硬脆,里面松软.我老喜欢那个勺子敲敲,听那bobo的声音.咔!
放凉后,切片,热油锅(什么油都可以),调中火,开煎....煎成象下面的样子..

salt适量(1/2tsp)
1)土豆去皮
2)加蛋,面粉,盐,搅拌均匀.
3)热油锅
4)开煎,至两面金黄
分两轮,共煎了8块,第一轮的干出锅,就被抢购一空,所以没有成品照.

关键步骤包括:
土豆切好后泡半小时,用papertowel吸干水再下锅.
炸两轮:第一轮中火,至硬身,然后滤干油放凉;第二轮高火至金黄.

最近老思乡...又怀念起小时候5分钱一根的红豆冰棍,绿豆冰棍.(偶肯定不是80后的,老矣)
说做就做.先煮一锅绿豆粥:
3/4cup绿豆
抓一拳头米
7cup水
用电高压锅lowpressure,30分钟.
绿豆粥就好了,按个人喜好放糖.(我放brownsugar,据说calories低些)
放凉后,倒入冰棍模.才知道这东东英文是popsiclemolds.在Michaels买的,1刀一个.
放freezer第二天就可以了..呵呵....吃这个还得耐心[
