Note: A friend sent me the following essay a long time ago. I revised a little and posted here for sharing.
女人喜欢浪漫和温情，男人也是；女人需要敏感而富有想象力的情侣，男人也是；女人愿意接受爱情，男人也是；女人容易动摇，男人也是。那么，什么样的女人是有魅力的呢？
女性的魅力在于她的自信，感受到自我价值；举止大方得体，泰然自若；机智而灵活，善于体察男人的愿望和心理；健康，妩媚和有亲和力。
女性不必非有漂亮的容貌和性感的身材，因为漂亮的脸蛋和优美的身段决定不了女人的命运。怎样才能显得充满女性的特征呢？简单说来，就是让你的身体自然放松，你越是随其自然，你就越能充分地显示出女性的魅力。
男人并不一定喜欢相貌和身材都很出众的美人，他们更喜欢那些能不断完善自己，随着时间的推移，越发体现出真正魅力的完美女性。
如果你问一百个男人，“什么是女性的魅力？”他们中可能有九十九人会这样回答你：“自信。”他们确实并不在乎女性是否非常漂亮，是不是绝代佳人。他们更喜欢那些对自我和身体感觉良好的女性。一位男人这样表露他的观点：“真正具有女性特征的人，是知道自己理所当然地会被男人爱慕的人。”

I agree with you. Having faith in him/herself would build him/her inner strength to attract others.
I guess every woman has her own answers to this question.
In my opinion, a charming man can be
1. a man who is trustworthy and reliable.
2. a man who always has something that I am looking for.( not all the women want money, a laughter, a surprise, a helping hand might be enough)
3. a man who has values he is holding on in life.
In general, no matter whether you are a man or a woman, always be true to yourself, just being yourself is the simplest way to attract people who is holding similar values with you in life.
Maybe "自然些”is the way to say in Chinese!
As a matter of fact, it was sent my a male friend of mine. :-)
So what do you think a charming man should look like? :-) You brought up the question, and I am looking forward the answer now. :-)
