RE: PROGRESS OF OUR SON
We wanted to thank you for your call yesterday evening inquiring about our son and how he is doing at VM. Your interest about his progress and your concern for his well-being speaks well of the school.
On a personal note we wanted to commend both the school manager XX and her assistant XX for their supportive attitude and sense of accommodation. As I am sure you can appreciate, there is a degree of anguish in sending a child off to daycare/school. We raised concerns several times about our 3 year old son. Each time, the staff dealt with our questions and our “anxiety” in a professional, understanding and compassionate manner. They met and even exceeded our expectations in regards to our requests. Indeed, I can say that the health, safety, dignity, and independent personality of our son has been upheld. This was obvious when our son suffered incontinence. The staff treated him respectfully, informed us of the incidents, and allowed him to react in a non-humiliated / non-embarrassed manner so that there was no stigma or adverse effect upon him.
In short, our confidence in the staff, management and in yourself is high. It is clear that our son’s level of confidence, self-disciple, social and academic development, and creativity has increased demonstrably in the time he has been enrolled with VM.
