Karate Promotion Week

Last week was the Karate Promotion week. Evan moved up to Orange belt, Olivia had to spar with Sensei Rich which she had been nervous about (she did fine!) and moved up to red-black belt. And even mommy got her karate outfit and white belt too! It was really a karate week for the family.

Now Evan always says to me: I can beat you in karate!
