Olivia\'s Recent Art Work

After I returned from China, Olivia has shown me some art work she did while I was gone and I think they are really good.

As a class project for Halloween, Olivia was to make a story character out of a small pumpkin. She decided to make mouse "Jerry". She painted the pumpkin brown, then added ears, eyes and a tail, and drew on whiskers.  Daddy thought it looked cute, but Olivia came home sad because she thought hers was the worst in the class. However, both Daddy and I think the other kids probably got a lot of help from their parents but Olivia did everything on her own. We kept on telling her what a great job she did with her pumpkin "Jerry":)

Olivia has also got hooked up with the model clay recently. She made a "Cat in a Hat" and her pet "Teddy" the hamster. Look, her clay "Teddy" looks just as cute as the real one!:)
