这款枣泥酥用了两个人不同的配方组合而成,枣泥馅用的是爱厨的方子,酥皮用的是君之凤梨酥的方子。我把这两者结合在一起。大家如果还有剩的月饼馅,都可以用来包。

我买的干枣是有核的,所以是煮好后再去皮去核。做法唯一有点不同的是枣子去皮去核后我没有把枣泥放回水里再煮,而是直接把枣泥加糖炒。爱厨的配方链接:

枣泥馅 15克,面皮 20克(长方模具)或者
枣泥馅20克,面皮20克(椭圆模具)。
用皮把馅包好,放入1” 高 x 1 ¼” 宽 x 2” 长的模具中。做好12个,放入350F烤箱中烤15分钟左右(根据自家的烤箱调整)。
我用的长方形模具是35克/个, 椭圆形模具40克/个 (不锈钢模具是fat daddio's 牌子)
