晨跑之前的早餐Blue Spirulina smoothie奶昔
INGREDIENTS
【Energy Revival Blue Spirulina Smoothie】
■1 whole Banana
■1 whole Avacado
■1 tbsp Honey
■3 tbsp Yogurt
■1 cup Milk
■1 tbsp Blue Spirulina Powder
(BLUE Spirulina纯天然植物藻类,富含蛋白质维他命等多种营养元素)其实我就是喜欢这抹蓝:)早上一杯心情好~直接去附近park跑步了
中午,黄金蛋炒饭,想必大家都会做,主要就是先用蛋黄把饭拌好,再炒时蔬

【Golden Egg Fried Rice】
■3 egg yolks
■2 cups cooked rice (make good use of leftover rice or ready cooked packaged rice to save time)
■Fresh vegetables of your choice. e. g. radish,onions, spring onions and mushrooms
■Seasonings: 1tbsp soy sauce, 1tsp vinegar,1tsp sugar, 1pinch of salt
最后,自制腊肉
