         拜登发誓要挫败两党立法, 选择保护中国的 贸易活动.  美国贸易组织 认为:“拜登政府保护非法违反美国贸易法和避免关税的中国太阳能制造商的规定是一个巨大的错误,  直接伤害了美国制造商和工人.   ”繁荣美国联盟发言人尼克·亚科维拉告诉福克斯数字新闻: “虽然不足为奇，但令人难以置信, 是令人失望的.   一位美国总统 通过威胁否决两党立法来废除这一有害规则, 从而加倍犯错误，”    他继续说道。“在美国太阳能制造商投资数十亿美元促进本国太阳能制造业的时候，拜登政府选择保护中国的非法贸易活动而不是为美国制造商和工人挺身而出，这是不合情理的。”
