True story

The son of my friend, about 10-year old, likes to play but does not like to do homeworks.  His daddy threatens him that if you can not get in college, I will kick you out of the house when you are 18.  The law permits me to do so.  This empty threat apparently made some impression to the boy.

When OB was compaining for his first term, the teacher asked each kid to write an essay on "If you are OB and get elected, which law you will change?"  The boy's essay is "I will change the law permitting a kid to stay at home as long as he or she wants to.  The parents can not kick the kids out of the house even they are much more than 18 years old."
