网上老朋友小放是武汉人，在他的博客里面有一篇如何做武汉豆皮的好文。看照片就想一定会很好吃。于是就学着做一下。这是小放的原帖。他的应该是正宗的。我这个山寨改良都不算数。不过是真的好吃。谢谢小放。

不做豆皮就这么吃饭也很好吃了。
上面放点葱花，然后翻过来。
再用油煎一下。
用8吋盘的小平底不粘锅做的。比较小。
既然和摊煎饼差不多不如里面卷馅料代替果子。
豆皮卷好看好吃：）这个算是原创了吧。
某天烙的葱花芝麻烧饼，从手机上发照片时一不小心就上来了。那也露一小脸吧：）
周六好天气，一家人去看歌剧魅影。很开心。
把这个视频贴上来，是整场的表演。
周日一天大雪。一场接一场的大雪倒是给我们锻炼的机会。这次雪特别的粘稠，就和老公一起滚雪球，堆雪人。已经进入三月了，春天在哪里？
那天亮给我送来下面这个视频的link, 我用手机一边铲雪一边听歌。 就不累了：）

原材料：一杯糯米用电饭锅蒸熟。放凉。一小块肉切丁，五根萝卜条切丁。五个香菇泡开切丁。一把海米用水泡一下切碎。
面糊：就用了现成的绿豆粉（不是绿豆淀粉）加上白面，水打成浆。用了两个鸡蛋打散。
调料：油，盐，酱油，白胡椒粉。
做法：油温热后放用淀粉，酱油煨好的肉丁炒熟，放香菇丁，海米，萝卜条丁，盐，酱油，糯米饭，炒熟，最后放白胡椒粉。小放的帖子是先炒熟馅料然后用糯米饭拌匀。咱就整个放里面边炒边拌。好像这样更香。

锅内放一点点油，倒入面糊然后倒入一部分鸡蛋液。觉得跟摊天津煎饼差不多。第一次没把有鸡蛋的那面翻到锅下面去就把馅料放上去了，第二次再读小放的贴知道应该有鸡蛋的那面朝下。
