       加州州长刚刚发布重大疫情宣告：立即实行全州封闭 statewide stay-home order effective immediately。
       About 56% of the state population could get infected, 20% hospitalized。
       The number of Infected cases has exceeded projections of all models。
       56%的人口感染是一千六七百万，20％住院是六百多万。
       靠不靠谱？
       一会儿玩儿戏，一会儿搞恐慌。
       这就是负责任政府的所谓的灯塔式行为模式吗？

       为加州人民祈福吧，祝所有人平安！

附stay-home行为细则：
一）允許
•    Go to the grocery store 去超市
•    Go to the pharmacy to pick up medications and other healthcare necessities 拿药
•    Go to medical appointments (check with your doctor or provider first) 看医生，先预约
•    Take a walk, ride your bike, and be in nature for exercise — just keep at least six feet between you and others in the community. 散步，骑车，保持与他人6尺间隔
•    Walk your pets and take them to the veterinarian if necessary 遛狗看兽医
•    Help someone to get necessary supplies. 助他人拿生活必需品

二）不允许
•    Go to work unless you are providing essential services as defined by this Order 不可以上班，除非公司业务属于本行政令所规定的基本公共服务范围
•    Visit friends and family if there is no urgent need 不可探亲访美友，除非情况紧急
•    Maintain less than 6 feet of distance from others when you go out, as possible 保持与人不少于6尺的距离
•    Travel to or from a job outside the City, unless to perform essential activities 不可以出城，除非情況紧急
•    Travel to or from a vacation home outside the City 不可去城外度假屋
•    Visit loved ones in the hospital, nursing home, skilled nursing facility, or other residential care facility不可去医院、老人院、其它医疗和康复机构探視病人或者老人
