股票究竟长啥样？

 

”股市里八输一平一赚“是一句比较时髦的话，但是我看着SP Total Return Index的图形，总觉得这话不太合理。以前提供投资者B信息的网友说过，全公司7000名员工的养老金帐户，95%长期是有盈利的，5% 亏损帐户主要集中在频繁交易者中，我觉得这位网友提供的信息才是更接近事实。“股市里八输一平一赚”可能更符合股市中的投机者群体，所以作为股市投资者不要盲目的自己吓自己，作为一名股市投资者，而不是投机者，你长期投资获利的概率还是非常高的。

有位曾经在金融投资行业工作过的网友说“为啥房地产翻译成real estate? 因为它就是真正的资产，这个real,real到不能再real. 你看得到摸得着住得进，那么，股票长什么样？姐听说过没见过。。。“

我想可能许多人确实从未见过股票长什么样？至今为止，我只见过一家公司的股票，我曾经工作过的公司有员工购股计划，买一送一，每年年底每位员工都会受到一张股票凭证。股票就是一张A4大小的纸，上面有公司的名字，股票数等等必要信息，再加一些花纹边框，很简单的。

股票市场的产生是现代社会经济发展的需要，是人类社会发展的文明成果。目前我们处于一个契约社会阶段，股票作为企业所有权的契约受到现代法律的保护。

BuyandHold2012母子看到过比较多的股票实物，因为他们的股票不是存发在交易商那里的，每次购买股票后，他们都会要求将股票实物寄到家里，然后存入自己的银行保险箱里，因为他们从未打算卖出股票。

我不知道这对母子在50多年里收到的数千万的红利现金，以及现在每年超过1百万的红利现金能不能算Real, Real, Real 到不能再Real？我想如果他们要去银行要求摸摸自己存放在那里的现金，应该不会被人拒绝吧？我想也不会有一个商家会拒收他们的红利现金消费吧？

That is a very simple concept. And to me it's obviously right based on experience not only from the pari-mutuel system, but everywhere else. And yet, in investment management, practically nobody operates that way. We operate that way I'm talking about Buffett and Munger. And we're not alone in the world. But a huge majority of people have some other crazy construct in their heads And instead of waiting for a near cinch and loading up, they apparently ascribe to the theory that if they work a little harder or hire more business school students, they'll come to know everything about everything all the time. To me, that's totally insane. The way to win is to work, work, work, work and hope to have a few insights.
