It is different in the South. Carrot, spinach, mushroom, bean curd, dry lily flower, woodear, shredded bamboo shoot, maybe shitake, celery (even there is, very little because of the unique taste) and forgot the last one (10 total). Actually the one in this article resembles Shanghai homestyle dish "Fried Veggies".

实际上你讲的那个菜,我做过。名字应该叫“十香菜”也许南北方的叫法不同。我是用十种食材,都要切成丝分别用香油炒熟后再混合在一起。放入冰箱冻上冰查儿后,再吃。非常好吃。我会在后面介绍的。
