石油输出国不减产，沙特反咬美国

觉得明天石油输出国组织难以达成减产协议。现今能源专家和新闻界普遍认为不可能达成减产协议。这是路透社最新的报道：

经济不振的国家如俄罗斯、伊朗、利比亚、伊拉克（委内瑞拉像是例外）皆不愿意减产，有能力的国家也不愿意分担。伊朗、利比亚和伊拉克都觉得他们的产量还没没恢复到以前石油输出国组织分配给他们的配额，他们不应当减，其他国家应当担当起这一重任。在公开场合，俄罗斯和伊拉克倒是说如果大家都减，他们也愿意分担。

"No one should cut and the market will stabilize itself. Why should Saudi Arabia cut? The US is a big producer too now. Should they cut?" Ali Al-Naimi told Bloomberg in Vienna on Wednesday.
