《古镇家园》

黄姚古镇位于广西贺州市西南面60多公里处，素有梦境家园之称。据记载，黄姚发祥于宋朝开宝年间，鼎盛于清朝乾隆年间。由于该镇以黄、姚两姓居多，故名黄姚。



       古镇方圆3.6平方公里，属喀斯特地貌。镇外奇峰耸立，镇内竹木森森，清溪环绕，其建筑按九宫八卦阵势布局，属岭南风格建筑，与周围山水融为一体。街道全部用灰黑色石板镶嵌而成，虽历经沧桑，依然完好平整。



       据介绍，现在古镇完整保存着8条石板街，全长10多公里。明清古建筑保存有300多幢，面积达1.6万平方米。景观建筑有亭台楼阁1 0多处，寺观庙祠20多座，特色桥梁11座，楹联匾额上百副。




       古镇的房屋多为两层的砖瓦结构，虽没有都市大户人家那种恢弘气魄，但建筑精美，砖雕、石雕、木雕都有很高的工艺水平，古建筑的梁柱、斗拱、檩椽、墙面、天花都雕梁画栋，千姿百态，栩栩如生。
