【美粥一锅】2622: 夏日明媚 - You Were Summer Warm And Bright

沿着岸边，看着东方水面上，初升的太阳，你沐浴着温暖的红光，逐渐明亮，新的一天开始了。

夏天来到，偶尔一两天温度开始高过80度。不过早晚还是很凉。所以，要起早，晨跑，不然天就热了。

长周末过去了，在好望角跑马拉松的也都玩好了，逐步回归。这个周末有斯德哥尔摩马拉松，还有b姐的处女马，三叠狗。美国还有45场越野比赛，还有Carmel马拉松。说起这个，想起有一次我穿着 Carmel Marathons的比赛服，走到加州的Carmel小镇。一位老爷爷看着我半天。后来忍不住，还是问了我，你这比赛什么时候的？我说就去年啊。他说他在Carmel 住了一辈子了，他也跑步，却从不知道有这个比赛。他说每年倒是有一个 Big Sur马拉松。我说，我这个Carmel不在加州。哈哈哈。

这个周末，我会和朋友一起跑个半马，轻松一下。天气不错，会看到东方的太阳从无边的水面是升起。
