淡静之美 - Beauty in The Mundane

连续几个月的惊心动魄了。心，有点恐慌，有点乱，有点疲于奔命，有点累。

加州明媚的阳光，和漫山遍野的鲜花烂漫，看得我心旷神怡，而同时，似乎又伴随着巨大的阴影。提心吊胆地回来，连休息三天，昨天和今天上班。班上本来没啥事。但两周多积攒下来的琐事，让我得不到啥修整。

月初的亚特兰大马拉松没有跑成，这周的半马，和下周的超马也都取消了，下个月的波士顿马拉松也推迟到秋天。。。心情一直有点低落。看着乌云依然压顶，下面怎么办，无所适从。

按原来的计划，明天早上是跑”阶梯“。4-6-8-12-8-6-4。可是，比赛都取消了，身体也有些疲乏。干脆改成8英里轻松跑算了。失去了目标，眼望四周，茫茫然。

也好，趁这个机会，让心灵放松。哪怕昨天狂风骤雨，哪怕明天翻江倒海。世界是美好的。

不需要拚，不用心急。留得青山在，不怕没柴烧。
