最忙的一个夏天，so far， 但这不是主题

"Codename Nemo" by Charles Lachman

借书的时候，没仔细看上面的介绍，或者看了也没记住？坦白地说，本来是要借来催眠用的。前几章也的确是那个用途。只是听着听着就开始关注了，就不忍在半夜听了。这书真好听。

还有一本也很不错：

"To Rescue the Constitution" by Bret Baier

作者认为乔治 华盛顿三次拯救了这个国家，第一次指挥了独立战争。第二次坐镇了产生美国宪法的唯一一次制宪大会，平息调解了在制宪中的种种矛盾纠纷。 第三次作为新生国家的第一任总统。"There is no doubt that the struggling new nation needed to be resucued - and that Washington was the only American who could bring them together."

"Baier exposes an early America that is grittier and far more devided than is often portrayed - one we can see reflected in today's conflicts."

最后这句会让人多想吧？究竟那时的国家有那么分裂么？还是今天的人们更愿意相信分裂是正常的，今天的分裂也没啥新鲜？

说实话，前几年我也这么想，再怎么样，也没有林肯面对的那么严重吧？

其实我不知道。这本书好像并没有让我找到答案，因为我怀疑是不是作者有意要喂给我一个答案。。。呵呵。

活着，就继续看历史在演变。。。
